Wednesdays from 6:10 pm-7:10 pm at the Doll Factory.
Why should you come to Punk Rope? According to Tim Haft, the
creator of the class, Punk Rope is not only a calorie incinerator,
but also leads to improved aerobic and anaerobic capacity, coordination,
quickness, agility,
balance, timing, speed, bone density, and body composition.
And it's fun! Ages 7+ are welcome!
Cost is $10 per person.
Remember to bring water, wear athletic shoes, and be ready to
