After throwing a roller skate at her cousin's head during a bloody scuffle, at the age of 13, Thora Zeen was sent to O.D. Heck Correctional School for Girls. She was prescribed an experimental sedative and was forced to watch endless hours of "Charlie's Angels" episodes by the school's den mother. Thora escaped six years later believing that she could foil the plans of any scumbag in the city. It was Thora's tactics during one of her routine jaywalking busts that caught the eye of one of the Sirens, who soon recruited Thora into their ferocious force.
