The Enforcers are currently seeking new recruits. If you want to get close to the action of banked track roller derby, but not “on the track” close, then becoming a ref or official might be just the ticket.
Our Enforcers Training program provides an opportunity for all individuals interested in officiating the sport of banked track roller derby. We have 16 positions on our Enforcers crew, and while some of our Enforcers do perform their position on skates, many of our Enforcers do not. There is no skating requirement to becoming a ref or official, but there are skating opportunities for those who want them.
Through our training program you will:
learn the rules of banked track roller derby;
learn the ins and outs of our 16 officiating crew positions; and
work those positions in private scrimmages and, eventually, public bouts.
Even if you have no interest in becoming a full-fledged Enforcer, you are welcome to come and take our classes and gain a better understanding of the sport.
